AerApp is a comprehensive mobile application designed for the remote management of AERMEC heating and air-conditioning systems. Compatible with Android devices running OS 4.0 and above, it lets users take control of their AERMEC devices from anywhere, at any time, provided there is an Internet connection.

To facilitate seamless connectivity, AERMEC systems require a connection to the Aerlink Wi-Fi gateway via an RS485 serial port. The product is compatible with various product lines, including VMF system controls and multiple ranges of chillers and heat pumps. Devices meant to be managed through the mobile platform must feature the necessary RS485 serial communication accessory.

Once the Aerlink gateway is connected to the web, users gain access to an array of functions, allowing them to monitor and adjust their systems through this platform. This connection is possible even in the absence of Internet access, enabling local management and transforming the user’s smart device into a remote control unit.

The mobile tool allows the grouping of up to five systems under a single configured Aerlink module, enhancing the ease of monitoring and controlling multiple setups. Adding systems, assigning names, and configuration is streamlined, with the interface displaying all controlled systems, their statuses, and connection modes.

Key features include the ability to view system statuses, such as ON/OFF and operating modes, manage individual components like domestic hot water tanks, and pinpoint active alarms with detailed information. Users have the capability to operate their systems remotely, toggling ON/OFF, changing operation modes, adjusting set points for areas, and handling specific system components.

The game supports the integration of an AERMEC-distributed energy meter with both single machines and full systems, assisting users to monitor electricity consumption meticulously. Additionally, it provides contact details for AERMEC Technical Assistance Services for support.
